Origin & adaptation notes
Adapts the TukiAssistant agent-card grid: template chip, name, active-since date, status and category badges, channel icons, metrics row and footer actions. Routes, API metrics, the publish lifecycle and i18n are replaced with synthetic agents and local state; pause/resume toggles the badge and footer, other actions only announce. Everything stays in the preview.
