Composed from the shadcn.io rich-editor toolbar (list menu with bullet/numbered/outdent/indent, block-type select, bold/italic/underline/strikethrough/inline-code, divider, undo, @-mention trigger) over a real contenteditable area driven with document.execCommand, so no tiptap/lexical dependency ships in the demo. Active-mark state follows the selection and every action is announced; content is synthetic and stays in this preview.
